My name is Kat Christiana and I am a breathwork coach, meditation teacher and reiki practitioner
My back ground previously was in sales, management and healthcare, I managed a large portfolio of clients so I understand the fast paced environments and challenges that some of my clients experience. I have a degree in adult nursing and a masters in healthcare law and ethics, so I have empathy for those who work in stressful environments and experience burnout and anxiety.
My goal is to assist people in finding holistic strategies to manage the life they are living, and find solutions for the challenges that we can come up against. I teach lifelong skills, in particular breath work because I know the difference that self mastery makes to our everyday lives.
